Took complete advantage of me on move out. Charged me over $500 to replace carpet because the carpet pad UNDER the carpet was “stained”. Accused my cat of peeing all over the apartment. She’s never had an accident outside of her litter box EVER in the 4 years I have had her. My husband and I had went to Westbrook Crossing to tour the site and received a tour from Amy. The place was spacious and nice with cool amenities. Amy was really nice and informative.
