The Westbrook Clinic is completely disorganized. It's the WORST customer service I've ever received from any clinic that I've ever been a patient of. The care is free, but you have to be really determined to get it. They have two locations, one in McAllen and the other in Harlingen. The policies and procedures vary depending on which office you call, and/or the person you speak to.
