<p>Daughter brought vehicle in with complaint of brake squeak. I called back in and spoke to the mother (***************************) and informed her brake pads were worn down and needed replacement. Brake pads were worn below squeal indicator. She told us to go ahead with repairs. Brake pads and rotors were replaced front and rear. Rotors were not replaced because of pads being metal to metal but because they were below discard thickness and failure to replace can lead to brake vibration and wobble due to rotor warpage. **... read more
