I toured the apartment in the beginning of June they said the lights would be updated before move in date in August, I moved in in August lights weren’t updated then told they will do it. 2 months later and many phone calls they finally came. The apartments are simple but solid. Each room has its own thermostat so you can really save energy & money that way. The prices are about the best in town. Tenants are quiet, respectful, & are usually good about getting laundry out in a timely manner. The management has also been reasonable. My only complaint is that there are a lot of smokers who still live here and the smoke carries up into my unit, which is very unpleasant to breathe in.

Landlord is very fair, will work with you and gets things fixed fast. The apartments aren't the nicest available but by no means are bad. All I have to say is good luck beating his prices and service. I would absolutely move in here again.
