Extremely rude. Called to see if someone brought my cat in, but all I got was a snappy answer. I lost him last week, and honestly all I wanted was some help where I could get suggestions on what else I can do. Not a rude lady who didn't help me at all.

Westbrook Animal Hospital is the only place I will take my pets. You will not find a more dedicated, more caring, and more genuine staff anywhere and I mean anywhere!!!! Dr. Friel is not only an amazing Vet, but he cares for your pets as if they were his own. We've all been to Vets that seem to have a certain agenda that doesn't always focus on what's truly best for your pet.
