I have lived in those apartments for 7 years. The rent started on 960$ and ended up 1900$ with an increase 200$ a month every year!! Here are the important disappointments that sucks and you will deal with: - terrible windows; very old isolation. You feel cold, heat or wind going through a lot. - AC and heater break quick, barely handle heat or cold. I like the upgrades at Summers Landing and the office staff and maintenance have always been very nice! Maintenance is ALWAYS on time and does it right.

This apartment management is very Notorious and Racist towards immigrants, they have lots of hidden fees and most of their appliances are old and deplorable, I lived there for 14 months and regret ever day I spent there besides their rent cost as much as a newly build apartment, after my lease expired they bill me $2508.74 for an allege damage blind and dirty rug, they also kept my $550.00 deposit. Be WARNED !!!!!!!! Only your money the care about not you.
I moved out of Tuckahoe Creek Apartments in March 2020. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment with a 5 year old carpet & no renovations for $1200/mo. I’ve called, emailed, and inquired in person about my security deposit refund to be told “you should get it soon.” We are now half ways through January 2021 and I have no answers.

Charging us an extra $100 per month because I forgot to sign the lease early. The email for said lease got lost since they incessantly send a pile of emails every week on the most basic topics, which should be considered junk mail at this point. We should honestly be receiving compensation back at this point or a percentage off of our rent, considering that we haven't been able to use the pool or the gym in over a year. ROACH INVESTED & HEARTLESS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE especially if you have kids. I only have so much space to write so ill write the most important things.
