We had a terrible experience with the staff at Westbridge that resulted in an unneeded trauma for my daughter. The person responsible was unqualified and the staff she management refused to take responsibility for the situation even though they acknowledged mistakes were made. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.
In 2024, a family member of mine received care through Westbridge's residential treatment program. I have waited to review, as I wanted to wait until the dust settled since his experience there. His quality of life and self worth have increased exponentially since his time in Westbridge. He still speaks of the program often and how grateful he was 1. WestBridge is a true class act. Excellent care. My son made a full recovery with their help and he is doing great. I would highly recommend WestBridge to anyone needing support for mental health or substance use disorders. They are a REAL dual diagnosis treatment facility.
