Had such an uncomfortable experience today at the store , was looking for a small arrangement the lady that served me was extremely rude and abrupt. Didn’t try to accommodate , didn’t ask what was my budget or what I needed the arrangement for. I then asked her if he was okay for me to take a photo of a beautiful arrangement to show my husband that was behind the counter , she said yes to then asked me to leave the area immediately as it was there work space and I was not allowed to be there. Got some birthday flowers for my girlfriend, absolutely loved them. Beautiful fragrance and well arranged!
Great service here from all those lovely and polite ladies working there. Been going there for around 6 years as I'm local and the shop is greatly convenient. Nothing but awesome communication and suggestions when I am there, great selection and variety. I've been reading a few of those reviews of 1 and 2 stars and that's rubbish Each has their own interpretation of being polite. Please continue on with a great little shop doing well and providing to the suburbs here
Staff are always lovely, they have a great range, well priced too
Beautiful shop- rude service. My mother and I walked in and the staff said “I don’t understand why some people look like that” in italian to a customer at the counter (being the only other two customers in the store). Terrible experience.
