Great service here from all those lovely and polite ladies working there. Been going there for around 6 years as I'm local and the shop is greatly convenient. Nothing but awesome communication and suggestions when I am there, great selection and variety. I've been reading a few of those reviews of 1 and 2 stars and that's rubbish Each has their own interpretation of being polite. Please continue on with a great little shop doing well and providing to the suburbs here

Beautiful shop- rude service. My mother and I walked in and the staff said “I don’t understand why some people look like that” in italian to a customer at the counter (being the only other two customers in the store). Terrible experience.

I have purchased flowers here every couple of months for the past 2 years. Always happy with the service & the quality of the flowers (except for one bunch of pink roses) but today's experience was poor. Purchased some oriental lily & asked for suggestions for something to mix with. Was suggested a $15 mix & paid cash. Walking out the door, I saw a purple bunch to use as a mix (it was displayed outside the store). I walked back in & asked to swap but was told by both staff that they cannot refund the difference.
