This is the worst place to go for medical help. Might as well you stay home and die. These receptionists have no courtesy, no respect and their overall customer service is way below par. They talk to you as if you are giving them work to do, and you are disrupting their lives...kmft
This clinic is no longer trustful as before. The receptionists are very rude. The waiting period is also too long. Very hard to bring in kids making them sit for too long when they are sick. 15-20mins waiting period is acceptable but not for almost 2hrs. Why do they make the patients to sit in the cabin waiting for too long? Instead they can give an accurate appointment time with a minimum waiting window of 15-20mins between each patient right. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Jeevan concerning my child’s health issue, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I have seen other doctors before when my family physician was unavailable, and the care I received was generally better than average, not prompting me to write any reviews.
