I wish I could do zero but unfortunately I can't. 2 days ago I put a review here on this page and I am updating you guys about this place. things getting worse it's been 5 days and I Can't get my daughter to answer the phone. My answers are can you please call later she is sleeping. I am sure she is overmedicated to not be able to answer the phone calls .They have patient phone there and every time you call, a patient that has no clue some are very confuse answered the phone, you ask for the person they hang up on you. c... read more

Communication is extremely poor with parents and outside agency I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone that has a loved one in need of mental health care to adulecent unit. I am questioning what's really going on inside this hospital. it's been 48 hrs that my daughter been there. I called many times she is sleeping. after admission nobody called me to discuss treatment I am sure they are over medicating her. I was a patient at this hospital. I was admitted for PTSD, however, I was placed in a locked ward, removed of all of my belongings, was not allowed to contact my loved ones or medical provider. I was refused my regular medication and placed on medication that had me literally bouncing off the walls. I walked into the corner of a wall and developed a black eye. WESTBOROUGH BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE HOSPITAL, LLC It was bureaucratic kidnapping. I was told that my 11 year old son was going in under a voluntary admission. That lied. Halfway through admissions I got a bad vibe. I said I would take him home. They said it was too late and he was now admitted for at least 3 days. I gave them his history and med allergies.
