I Wanted to thank Dr. Dan for his amazing working with my chipped composite bondings. He saw me on very short notice and went over and above for my dental care. His attention to detail and his care for making you feel comfortable really made my experience 10/10. Thank you so much doc!
The best experience I had at a dentist
The receptionists and hygienists were lovely- kind, informative and quick to respond, however my experience with my toddler was beyond awful. It’s taken me a while to write this- I wanted to ensure this was a one-off experience vs just toddlers and dentistry. We had a horrible experience taking my 2 yr here- she left in tears and extremely fearful to return- we could not even talk about the dentist for months after. I'm one of those who has a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Dan and his team make it much easier. My hygienist is often Hannah and she is absolutely wonderful. Always checking in to see that I'm doing ok. Shane at the amazing at the front desk, and makes for a great first impression. Thanks to you all for me.
Dentist is great and would recommend. But I recently called in regarding a simple question and learned that the person answering the phones on February 3 at 12:30 should not be doing customer service. Abrasive and dismissive and not at all the quality of service I received in my prior interactions.
