I was a new patient moving from the United States to Canada and scheduled my first appointment with this office. They requested records from my previous dentist, and I made every effort to obtain them. Unfortunately, my previous dental office was unresponsive, and I didn’t know until the day before my appointment that I likely wouldn’t have the records in time. Friendly, efficient, Dr Hwang and his staff always make me feel welcomed, informed and pleased to be a patient.
Always very friendly and accommodating staff. This starts a great positive experience of a “visit to the dentist”. Dr Dan also very friendly and easy to talk to. He clearly explains the issues and as well as providing options to solve the problem All the work I’ve had done has been excellent. I highly recommend dr Dan. I do have to also mention Margo MacDonald. She is such an excellent dental hygienist. Good co-operative staff..best Dentists..
Dr Emma and the hygienist were so incredibly patient and great with our 4 year old who was nervous about her first visit to the dentist. They took their time to make her comfortable and managed to get the exam done despite her significant hesitation at first. Would definitely recommend her and her team.
