Very bad experience. The Service Department has been great to work with but as far as purchasing my vehicle at Westboro Mitsubishi, it was the biggest mistake I have ever made in dealing with this place. Very sleazy tactics.
Horrible horrible horrible ! Went there for one vehicle and they tried to force me to get into a mitsubishi and when I said I don't like mitsubishi the guy lost it . He told me I won't be able to get another car no where else just because I demanded my down payment back. I went to another dealer the same day and left with the vehicle . I would never step foot in there .
Horrible!!! Please don't buy your car here! I went there for a Chevy truck and they were so pushy about me leaving with a mitsubishi. After multiple times letting them know I didn't like mitsubishi vehicles. He even started raising his voice telling me I was not going to get approved for anything else. I left and went to herb Connolly acura and now I'm driving an acura mdx.
Thank bill and arty for the new cars yes walked out with two cars they very professional and they were men of there word
THIS place is a scam they are of liars I would not rerecommend this place to my worst enemy
