***Sorry for the long post*** THE WORST office staff I've EVER encountered!! They don't know what they're doing! When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I told them what kind of insurance I have and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that I DIDN'T need a referral. I found that odd because my insurance typically requires a referral. Two days later on a FRIDAY AT 4 O'CLOCK, this office calls me and says that they DO IN FACT need a referral and that I need to call my doctors office to get it. I asked if it would ... read more
