***Sorry for the long post*** THE WORST office staff I've EVER encountered!! They don't know what they're doing! When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I told them what kind of insurance I have and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that I DIDN'T need a referral. I found that odd because my insurance typically requires a referral.
