I’ve called the service department almost everyday in May to check on the status of my vehicle maybe 10-15 phone calls daily and it just rings to voicemail. I’ve called to schedule an appointment hoping someone would answer to address my concerns and got no luck. Ended up driving 30 minutes over to them, just see all of the service reps at their desk chit chatting and having a blast. Will never be returning here and will warn friends and family about this location.
