I just got my 4 day old car washed aroUnd 4pm today. It was awful! My car looks as dirty as it went in. I don't think the water was ever turned on. Just moved the little bit of soap around. Then a terrible job drying it. I mean, how can you dry the soap anyways. The dryers never turned on. It is ridiculous. I will never go there again and strongly advise people to go elsewhere. Horrible! Can't believe a car wash place is ran that horribly! I'd give it a negative stars if possible. But all I am is negative 6 dollars!
I keep giving this car wash a chance but it's always something. 1st visit, 6 months after getting my new car, the guy signaling me to pull forward didn't guide me on the track right and it put a huge gash in my tire. Didn't complain, just got it fixed. Now I go there and it was a huge line. Instead of timing the cars, they load us on the conveyor like cattle. Really professional customer service. My car was a mess from kids milk formula everywhere and stains all over. Westborn Car Wash returned my car back to me spotless!! Cars interior and exterior looked brand new!
