This place could be so nice. But it’s not. First year living in Arizona and will be my last once my lease ends. It’s both the people who live here and management. The apartment are infested with roaches. I was lucky to be transferred to a different apartment with no bugs after complaining but the issues had only started. Was home for a year. Still visit old friends who live there. Just a usually, peaceful complex with a fenced in pool. Mailboxes on site and in unit laundry.
Poor management, over priced for what you get. Completely outdated & non working essentials. Do not keep up with maintenance, the pool was literally green for almost six months. Anytime you complain or request a fix for the apartment, they claim to make an appointment for you and never get to it. Dishwashers are just for show & aren't even hooked up.
