If you rent apartment 210 there is a dance studio under the apartment. They are loud and I wasn't told about it. When I complained, a few weeks later I was charged for blinds. Couldn't see my blinds from the road? Also lead paint is in the apartments. I had to sign a disclosure at lease signing. Nothing about dance studio or lead paint before.
