I only choose 3 stars for a very good reason. I brought my feline daughter there Sun. morning b/c she had a bladder infection. Dr. Jennings prescribed Clavamox, an antibotic. The problem is, is that when the vet. asst. filled out the info. on the medication box, she never put whether or not it should be given on a full stomach. So I called later that evening to find out and the idiot who answered the phone told me that the dr. said that I could give on an empty stomach. I was very pleased with the service. Patty was amazing from the time she answered our phone call. To the time we left after the doc took EXCELLENT care of my baby boy. Patty showed nothing but love for my Tabby. I'm from out if town and was totally anxious about taking him somewhere new. But my anxiety disappeared as soon as I walked in the door!! Thanks Dr Jennings and Patty. I hope to never have an emergency again but if I do. I know where to go for great care
This was my first visit here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My dog was feeling better by the end of the day. I appreciate their help.
My furbaby always seems to get sick late at night and this is the only place we go. Always professional, kind, and make my baby feel better.
My dog was successfully diagnosed with a corneal abrasion; however, the meds he was put on made the injury worse. My dog subsequently underwent debridement surgery.
Thank you for always helping my baby girl that seems to get into trouble after hours ❤️
