Westbank Florist has a long history on the westbank of New Orleans. Our roots began as Johannsson’s Florist and became Westbank Florist in the late 70s when Gertrude Powell bought the flower shop. After over two decades of ownership Cecilia Ann Jenkins purchased the business.
