For years I have visited my dentist in California no matter where I lived or traveled because of the trust and professionalism of the dentist. However, this is one that is most deserving of one! I saw Dr. Martin and her team for some dental work this afternoon and it was by far a great experience. Dr. Martin is very personable and professional. worst dental experience ever with Dr. Jaewoong Jang. At the first appointment I was asked to give myself a good 2 hours or more because usually the first appointment requires a deep cleaning procedure. This should have been a red flag for me. They already decided that I needed a deep clean before they even saw my teeth. I refused the deep cleaning, so they offered wisdom teeth removal. I have DeltaDental USA savings plan. They have negotiated prices for services. They upcharge with codes not in the plan. A deep clean that I was charged 2 years ago was $240. Today they Said it was now $620. They added up charges that seem unreasonable and are not in the plan. I feel robbed when I go there.
Absolutely the worst office to get Dental care. They misinform and use scare tactics to get patients to do procedure that are not needed in order to bill. Unethical and borderline illegal. Sent patient to get a 200.00 out of pocket test because they had detected a bacterial infection and antibiotics were needed. Guess what? test came back and magically NO BACTERIA or antibiotics required.
Chantilly Modern Dentistry Doctors and staff are angels in disguise! After a couple of rough years and being terrified of the dentist my daughter had destroyed her teeth! Not only did Chantilly Modern Dentistry fix her mouth to perfection but did it with love and care! She needed multiple procedures and the cost was something that I was very stressed about. We made appointments for 4 of us 2 different dates 3 weeks prior and changed 2 of our appointments times a week prior. Took off work for the appointment because it was during early afternoon and received a phone call from the office an hour before our appointment telling us we need to either cancel our appointment or they can only take one of us for some reason or we would have to wait extra 30 minutes. I find the staff at Shrewsbury Dentistry to be kind, understanding, good-natured and efficient.
