They have lost all their truly good mechanics for these shady tree ASE certified a-holes. They were a very reputable shop 10 years ago.
First time and last time at this place. I dropped off my car around 1:30 PM today and was told 45 minutes for a State Inspection and that they would call when ready. Left the keys with the counter guy, my insurance on the passenger seat of my car and walked home around the corner. Two hours later no call, so I call and they say it’s ready. I asked if there was any issues and they stated no everything is good. Great Service team and knowledgeable employees
Took my car for alignment, heard there are a lot of loose parts underneath and that "alignment didn't make it okay but made it better"... instead of 70 I was charged 50 and then for my surprise when driving the cat back home it was pulling a lot more to the right. If there is work that had to be done prior to an alignment, dont charge me an "all we can do" poor service. Tell me you can't until I fix and that's it.
