Paula was very condescending. Apparently, you need to be making OVER $52,000 a year to afford a 1 bd apartment here. Ridiculous. Didn’t ask my job, immediately asked for my income and I don’t have to tell you my actual income, I didn’t tour yet. In her words “awe honey, you can’t afford it anyway.” Didn’t look at any paperwork, savings, credit, nothing. unprofessional. Also there’s no leasing office here. I’d look elsewhere. Quiet area, apt in itself are nice but bedroom are on the smaller size for me. I have a King size bed which don't leave the roominess I'm accustomed to but still I feel a great place to live in Montgomery Co. for your money.
