I started out here as a field interviewer back in 2016, and it was a super dope job. I loved it! However, when I began working on teams, I realized that this company fosters a racist culture. Unprofessional managment. Quite frankly shocked at the level of poor behavior, and lack of basic business decorum.
This company touts their big budget which really isn’t very large. They have cut insurance benefits for spouses, cut their merit bonus program and hires many many folks from out of state. They have abandoned the people of Montgomery county and don’t seem to care. The move to Bethesda is a joke and merely to beat out ABT and Mathematica by having this name on a high rise.
