Unprofessional managment. Quite frankly shocked at the level of poor behavior, and lack of basic business decorum.
This company touts their big budget which really isn’t very large. They have cut insurance benefits for spouses, cut their merit bonus program and hires many many folks from out of state. They have abandoned the people of Montgomery county and don’t seem to care. The move to Bethesda is a joke and merely to beat out ABT and Mathematica by having this name on a high rise. This company treats some of their employees like animals. Rampant favoritism and perceived corruption.
This company is a nightmare. I hope eventually it comes to light what cruel stuff they do to employees. I urge you not to believe the wholesome image they try to portray, because that’s not how it truly was when I worked there.
