We have 2 loadbearing walls that continuously crack. Westan has had the painters fix the cracks about twice a year for 3 years now. At this point, they will not respond to our request to meet with us to find a resolution. Go to google for full explanation of poor review. Houzz doesn't allow enough characters for my issues with Westan.
Very beautiful and extremely well built homes. This is our first home purchase and I must say, we are extremely blessed to have such a perfect home. Customer service is professional but feels like your calling someone you've known for years because they make you feel like family. Thank You Westan for our first and perfect home.
