Christina Wilcox is the most delightful human being that I have ever met. There is no else on this planet more deserving of recognition than this superb woman. Her ability to care for customers is quite divine. Her professionalism is unmatched. I was charged two separate fees to use their ATM. I withdrew $40, and when using the ATM I was notified there would be a $3 fee, which I accepted. On my bank statement I can see I was charged $43 (as expected), then that was followed by a separate $2 charge for "Transaction Fee". It's really not about the money they took, I get it, it's only 2 bucks. It's about the fact that they essentially stole it, and probably do this to everyone.
