Customer service experience is horrible hereee the young girl Yemi or Yeim was absolutely no help on 2 separate encounters I had with her. I had to speak with customer service to get any help. She may need some more training. I received a check in the mail from West America bank and wanted to cash it there but I was denied that. Even after showing her proper ID (my drivers license) she said I needed 2 forms of ID & when I showed her my SS Card she denied that and said it needed to have a picture on it.. so then I referred ba... read more
Amazing customer service. Best of all the branches. I wish all Westamerica banks were like this.
I was searching the whole city over to break a 20 dollar bill.. I finally see a bank and thought right away now I can do my laundry.. I said hi could you please break this .. She says are you a member of this bank.. I said no mam I just want to break this pretty please I've been walking all over and I'm a senior citizen.. She said no and then the manager came over and said no too.. I am appalled at this... Treatment of a senior citizen like this should be a crime against humanity... Is this how you gain customer relations...... read more
