My former company used this bank. My last check with them went on hold for over a week because when my bank called this place to confirm the check, no one would pick up or return the call.
This only thing I don't like about my bank is that there is only one location in all of Bakersfield otherwise I'm very satisfied with them and have been for 16 years.
Zero star review for this location! And to the person that will respond to this review I don’t care about your apologies you made me feel like a criminal getting my own MONEY After I provided necessary identification!! Your branch manager is super unprofessional I’m actually standing out in front of this location giving this zero star review!! Bye Felicia!!! LOL 😂
