Absolute worst company to deal with, don’t put yourself through the torment. Firstly our small order, (only screens) were paid for on order as requested. About a month later when we followed up we were told we needed to pay the invoice before production started. Eventually they saw we had paid for our order and started production. Then we were told to come and pick them from their factory which was about 3 hours away having included delivery in our payment. This company has been the single most disappointing part of our build. The quality of the frame manufacturing is below consumer standards, and customer service is non-existant. The owner clearly has no interest in quality control or taking responsibility for defective products. Our order was delayed twice, causing significant hold-ups to our build and additional costs to us. If I could give Westal Windows -5 stars I would. Ordered the windows and doors in October 2024 we are in January 2025 they proceeded to tell me they still dont know the delivery date. I was told 3-4 weeks production and delivery. All my trades are on hold. The unprofessionalism of Westal goes above and beyond. No one takes responsibility and no answer has been given. No one is accountable for the incompetence of this company.
I have continuously followed up with Rob & Jonathan to have 2 missing fly screens supplied and installed - promised lots but still have not supplied. Very disappointing !!! UODATE - screens have been delivered but not yet installed
Such fantastic service, just received our Westal Windows today. Great quality and delivery service, the guys Frank and Neville did an excellent job. Very pleased with the service. We Highly recommend Westal windows thank you for everything!
