My husband and I have been living here for over 3 years. We have a 2.5 year old. DO NOT move in to these condos, unless you are willing to do laundry at a laundromat, deal with MANY retired individuals who have nothing better to do than tell you you can’t have a snack or a ball at the pool, deal with the WORST snow removal process you will ever experience, a “playground that consists of a metal slide and 2 swings that was built in the 1800’s, which is incredibly unsafe, and so much more. The condo association does not do anything when you complain about excessive noise from upstairs neighbors..even when you call police, complaints to associations several times. Past storm when we lost power, we had no emergency lights working in hallways. When there was gas leak caused by landscaper, the association called all members to evacuate meanwhile the rest of tenants stayed in there units.....(tenants where leak was were evacuated by fire department).
