The condo association does not do anything when you complain about excessive noise from upstairs neighbors..even when you call police, complaints to associations several times. Past storm when we lost power, we had no emergency lights working in hallways. When there was gas leak caused by landscaper, the association called all members to evacuate meanwhile the rest of tenants stayed in there units.....(tenants where leak was were evacuated by fire department). Read all reviews before you take your next move... Good Luck..
