Took forever for them to follow up with me. They never check back in to see if you’ve acquired a job through them or if they can help anyhow with acquiring one. I was told they would follow up with me on Friday January 9th. I Didn’t hear back until Feb 2nd…and with a no reply email. Was just a big waste of my time, overall.
Everyone has been great to work with, and very friendly and professional! Updates and communication regarding the process and setting up interviews has been top notch. Sara and McKenzie are the two people I have worked with thus far, and I only have great things to say about them! Very highly recommend.
Im adding my negative experience to this review. They didn’t tell me how to use direct deposit. I’m now on my 2-3 week at a job and before I started it, I needed to reach out about getting my pay situated with my bank because I had not done that yet. I Replied to a previous email from Westaff(Not sure who exactly ) Asking about direct deposit. In the response there were attached instructions on registering with Comcast.com That I followed. My experience so far with Westaff has been positive. The ladies there are kind and found a job that matched my experience and qualifications well. They respond quickly to any questions I have had and I I appreciate their attentiveness. I actually had been working with express employment but had a poor experience so I’m glad I switched!
This will be my second time working with Westaff. Sara has been amazing with finding me a job that fits my needs. She is kind, caring and very attentive. Thank you Sara for all your help. I highly recommend you.
