One year into my new townhome here at west 83rd. Still love it here and the landscaping and paved areas are all complete as promised. Love the new park down the street too!
Noise runs all night. Unfortunately, the developer is unwilling to fix the issue even after a bylaw officer’s warning. Completely audacious and reckless. They have made zero effort to reduce the noise or comply with the law. Instead, they bluntly tell residents to “be quiet and accept it.” Both videos were taken around 12:00 AM.
