If you have half a brain you’d know not to go here.
I just can't recommend this place. Bad combination of medicine given to me for anxiety and it almost put me in the hospital due to an allergic reaction. Thanks but no thanks. CBD gummies work just as good for anxiety as anything else will and won't put me in respiratory distress!! Also it's impossible to reach anybody even in an emergency. My issues are with the staff and disorganization of the office. I have had no problems with the physicians themselves. I was told that I owed a large amount for past appointments. This seemed unacceptable to me as I had asked every time I came in whether I had any outstanding balance. I have never received a bill and try to stay on top of any balances as I do not want to have to pay large amounts at a time. I was told that I was supposed to be asked if I wanted to pay a portion or all of my balance every time. No one has eve... read more
Terrible staff communication. Psychologists consistently call out or are aggressive communicators. They write prescriptions incorrectly also to have them corrected takes 72 hours.
Myself and my teenage daughter both use Polara Health. So grateful to have found them when we really needed help. I like all the care providers I have met and feel that they respect me and my needs are being met.
