Never actually calls you back when they say they will. I don't understand how this place is still in business when they can't even make follow-up phone calls within the same day.
Nurses never called me back i called to speak to a mannager was put through to nurses vm again. No call back its been five days now i cant get insulin for aweek and a half. I have to go to er cuz they cant call me back.Complaint line extension 3615. Oh nevermind vm says she retired sooo. Yep this place sucks.
Polara health presscott valley is a joke. All of my appointments have been over zoom. I can't reach Dr Frost through a direct number. I have to call Polara Prescott Valley and they transfer me to a voice-mail that says they are on vacation. I leave messages and don't get a response or call. I've been trying to get a medication change for over 3 weeks. When I did get a call one time from Dr Frost assistant I told her about the voicemail message.
