Polara health presscott valley is a joke. All of my appointments have been over zoom. I can't reach Dr Frost through a direct number. I have to call Polara Prescott Valley and they transfer me to a voice-mail that says they are on vacation. I leave messages and don't get a response or call. I've been trying to get a medication change for over 3 weeks. When I did get a call one time from Dr Frost assistant I told her about the voicemail message. Really wanted to leave a positive review since when I did talk to the staff it went well. But after coming home I had this itch, that itch seems to be some kind of fungus or athletes foot. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOWER THERE, even if they hold you for 2+ days or a week or more. It just is not worth it, i’ll be seeing my doctor tomorrow.
