My father was recently there for following a long stay in the hospital. Everyone there was very nice, but our family felt there was no communication between nursing staff, from shift to shift. My father very rarely had the same nurse care for him on a daily basis. When he 1st got there they put him in "diapers" to evaluate if he was able to control his bowels and bladder. If you truly love your family or friends DO NOT take them to this home!!!!! I know from personal experience that this home is very neglectful. If you could see the pictures of my mom's injurys when she was left in their care it would make you sick to your stomach. My mom ended up with a broken shoulder, brain bleed, parkinsons, a large blood swollen knot on her temple, two black eyes and a hand print accross her neck where they try to break her fall which did not work.
