Dr.troutman an staff are very gentle an always answering any an all questions great with all 4 of my animals
I have always been able to get my phone calls answered. Dr. Kristina and staff are very pleasant and care about my pets. Their prices are within our budget. I would highly recommend West Winds .
Never available, tried 4 times to get my dog in for a shot. Left message on their answering machine, and they didn't bother to call back. They evidently don't need the business, so I will spend my money elsewhere
