My experience at West Winds Apartments was everything but pleasurable. From the start, it was clear that the management was disorganized and unprofessional. The response time for maintenance requests was extremely slow, if they responded at all. Basic repairs would take weeks—sometimes even longer—to address. These people are horrible. I came yesterday they said we couldn’t view the apartment so we scheduled a tour for the next day. Today I am sitting outside with my friends waiting on them. No one answers their phone and we’re just waiting. The door is locked and no one in the office. You guys suck.
Today, I visited this property to address a business matter. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was extremely rude. I would strongly advise against considering living in this apartment complex. The staff’s professionalism and attitude were lacking. This has been the most disappointing experience I have had with a rental agency. I was informed that the manager was too preoccupied to assist me with my inquiries.
