West windows recently installed new windows for us and they did an excellent job! We paid a little more than some other companies had quoted but it was well worth it to have a quality product installed by a crew that knows what they're doing and takes pride in their craft. Highly recommend.

I must begin by saying West Windows (WW) was the best I came across! Before I decided to go with WW, I received several quotes/estimates from over 10 window Installation companies and although, WW was not the most reasonable in terms of pricing, I selected them. As far as I can tell, they were honest and transparent with me. Bruce & Chris answered all my questions satisfactorily and I was pleased with the quality of the Strassburger triple-pane windows. West installed our sliding patio door a few years ago. They did a terrific job, but I stopped in today because the backing plate for the inner handle had cracked in two places near the mounting screws. An unusual occurrence for sure. They went far out of their way to find a replacement from their parts inventory, even removing a plate from an existing handle assembly to give to me.
