I recently ordered Mirage hardwood flooring from West Wind Hardwood, and the entire experience was absolutely first class! Lars and the team were extremely knowledgeable and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. I had previously dealt only with the large flooring companies in Victoria and had grown used to ghosting, zero product knowledge, and staff who behave like greasy used car salesmen. Good wood and decent prices, but twice now they've overcharged me, by mismeasuring the wood dimensions (by about 15%). The first time I thought honest mistake, but now I'm convinced it's their scheme. If you sell wood, surely you know how to use a tape measure, right? So measure it yourself before you buy!!!

A few years ago, I bought a large live edge board that I use for serving charcuterie or desserts at gatherings. It's absolutely amazing and every time I use it, I get compliments on it. I needed two good quality cutting boards for the kitchen. They just arrived from West Wind and I'm thrilled. Beautiful wood, competitive price, they answered my questions quickly and I know that I will enjoy using them for years to come.
