I have been living here for the last 3 years and I have absolutely no complaints! Management is awesome; so friendly and accommodating. Maintenance request are handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve also noticed an increase in security. Would highly recommend!
I love Chloe On Cirby. The precious owners were ok but since New owners have come aboard, I have seen a huge improvement in remodeling the apartments and have upgraded the pool area. Management is very accommodating with our needs and have now welcomed families.
Live at these apartments for 5 years and was there for the transition to a new management. Ever since the new owners many upgrades have happened and they were great. The exterior of the apartment complex looks so much better and the laundry room are great but I wish they had a folding station. Over all I cannot complain of the new owners they have made living there nice and in a way fixed the parking issue with less abandoned cars on the property. We lived here for a year and a half in a 2-bedroom apartment, but we needed to expand and were looking for a 3-bedroom apartment. At Chloe on Cirby they were more expensive and we decided to choose a different complex and so we moved out. We had calm and quiet neighbors at Chloe on Cirby, no one disturbing our rest at night. Service requests were quickly dealt with and the manager was always on call. I know that parked cars sometimes had their wheels stolen, but I put secret bolts on and never had that problem.
