*UPDATE* Getting help from the office has drastically improved. Alina is amazing and tries to help however she can. Biggest complaint is the upstairs noise. Part of the remodels was ripping out the upstairs carpets and putting down hardwood floors so now we hear EVERY FOOTSTEP from our upstairs neighbors. It’s very noisy even with having a tv on and sound machines for our kids. And don’t get me started on when their kid starts running around up there, it sounds like our ceiling is going to come down. Been living here for 6 years. Seen it through a management change that has only made the living experience worse. Sure the buildings got painted and updates were made but the overall experience has gone down drastically. Anytime you call the office if there’s an issue no one answers the phone. You’ll have a better chance of getting a response through text message a day or two later, but if it’s an urgent issue good luck. Beautiful and quiet apartment complex with perfect location, it’s really close to stores, schools, freeway. I also like that it’s very clean.
