I just find their expectations of you and their expectations of themselves are very different. If you leave anything to clean god forbid, there goes your whole deposit, but for them, you can tell them your door had a hole in it on move-in, but I guess they somehow didn't see the information even though I told them when I moved in and I included it in half of a work order. Edited to add: THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED! They took over 8 months to continuously replace a front door that didn’t seal all winter long. The slider door and windows are all rotted out and leaking and the windows still haven’t been replaced! They covered up rotted wood when they replaced the slider. They continuously have fires at both the properties they own. This county will not back you either!! The bed bugs are also ASTOUNDING here. There are birds and mice in the walls constantly. Edited to add: they own their own plow truck and can’t be bothered to clear driveways— there’s literally someone stuck in the front driveway…. They DO NOT clear any walkways or stairs AT ALL!! The stairs are so covered they are more like a slide. They have not attempted to clear anything at all. The outside stairs for all of the buildings are exposed to the weather.
