New patient with Dr.Whitney Nichols, she’s the best I’ve seen in years judging by my first visit, felt like I’ve known her my whole life, unlike others I’ve seen, I didn’t feel anxious , Thankyou Dr.Nichols, everyone was so friendly and helpful
I'd give 0 if I could! Lady on the phone was rude! Not to mention obviously annoyed at anyone who was calling! I've tried for many years to get even one appointment at this place it's always the same! They don't have room for anymore ppl with my insurance then do yourselves a favor and take it off your website it's deceiving!!! I'll never try to get another appointment!!! I'll also steer anyone clear of this sham of an office and practice!!! This place should be SHUT DOWN!!!
This clinic is listed as in-network for Healthy Blue/KanCare, and I was able to assign Dr. Mark Hilger as my child’s PCP. However, when I called to schedule well-child visits, I was told by staff that while they will do the wellness check, they refuse to administer vaccines to children on KanCare. This is confusing and completely unacceptable. When we had private insurance, vaccines were provided without issue. Now, because we are on KanCare, we are denied the same standard preventive care. WORST PLACE IN TOWN! Went there for years I missed I appointment and they banned me from the practice. Then a year or two later I took my SON then 5 to their immediate care office and they refused to see him! HE HAD A FEVER OF 104! And they turned us away because I missed an appointment and was dropped as a patient! NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT DOCTORS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT CHILDREN OVER PROFIT!
My wife recently had a run in with one of the receptionist who in my opinion was not very professional and extremely unhelpful. Now I will qualify this with my wife did lose her cool and yell at this person in the lobby in front of several people and we both agree this was not right, but it takes a lot for her to get there. We are moving our health care elsewhere because of this and other items that have happened.
