Dr Dersken is a fantastic Dr but the billing department is trash, mahlon is terrible she mansplained everything and just couldn't do what I asked, they deleted my daughters insurance multiple times and have messed up her bill so much that I won't be going back
Huser has been refilling my statin without ever requesting a lipid panel since 2018. When I’d request one myself, staff refused because there are no doctor’s orders. Feb. 2024 I needed help with sinus pain and asked for a lipid panel to be done at the same time. Going on day 5 without my medication because doctor’s office won’t respond to my pharmacy’s questions. I wonder if they are trying to get me to switch to their in-clinic pharmacy to avoid this issue?
