Ok, Its been 8 months since West Way Air has been to my house. I have to say they had legit fixed my a/c problem. I had numerous companies out and it would be the same story of incompetent repairs. So after be quoted 6k for new equipment by the other guys (not name bashing, but should) I had a very knowledge & patient tech from West Way make some recommendations, and for a fair amount, he fixed my a/c. Thank You for taking the time to care, You have earned my business in the future.
The service provided was average but I give them two stars because I of their pricing.1-They have coupons online that I printed for \$25.00 discount. Well, After the technician handed me the bill, I told him about the coupon. Sure enough, he told me that I am getting a promotional price so the coupon does not apply. Guess what, I had had a different company over last year and they come up cheaper than West way with their promotional discount.2-West way charged me to find where my freon was leaking, the other company did not.... read more

West Way svc came out after another company quoted me 1800.00 for a new condenser box outside. We called West Way Svc for a second opinion for my home air conditioner, they were able to repair my unit for \$129.00 for a bad part & labor. Thank You West Way Svc!!!!! Highly Recommend for honesty, Integrity & A+++++++SVC I Will Deff. use this company again!!!
