just picked up my car after getting my bumper replaced and couldn't be happier! the bumper looks great, but the customer service is what stands out, and beyond that, they cleaned the interior. The car was cleaner and better smelling than when it was dropped off!! Thank you!!!!

I have never received better customer service. Long story short my mother was in a serious accident where she was not at fault and the car was totaled and deemed a complete loss . I went in twin city to explain that insurance company would not pay for storage after a certain date and I was going to have to retain the car because the insurance company told me I was required to dispose of myself .
