The doctor and staff are awesome. The doctor and personnel always provided excellent customer service. The doctor care a lot about patients. The doctor staff always provide amazing service. I highly recommend Dr. Rivera!
I have found this practice to be outstanding, with multiple therapies including NeuroStar TMS magnetic for persistent depression. Dr. Rivera and the staff really spend the time with each patient to get things right. I've been very happy with them since coming to the area and appreciate the personal touch. Thank you!
I cannot believe the rude, uncaring treatment I got just from trying to get tms. Last may 2022 I had made an appointment, for tms consultation I ended up in the hospital. Called and explained y I missed the appointment, they wouldn’t let me reschedule and were very rude. I explained how depressed I was could I have another chance, they said I would receive a call back. I never did. How can u be in the mental health field, and not help someone begging u. I ended u completing tms with success tms in lake Mary much nicer staff ... read more
