Had to interact with Charles Wisser recently - came off both smug and lazy. Not sure how he's still employed at WVU.
The university cut its mathematics PHD program a couple of years ago, which negatively impacted students by hindering their development of essential critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills, and limited their future career opportunities.
