The night technician Linsey is so sweet, respectful, knowledgeable, and overall had me regain more faith in people She went over and beyond for me and West VA Sleep Centers is super lucky to have her. She went out of her way to help me and I can’t thank her enough!

Very disappointed. I was given an apt & told there were no other dates. 3 days before my overnight test they texted to tell me I was being rescheduled. I texted back to say no, I cannot be rescheduled I needed the apt I was given & confirmed via a previous text. No one will text back & no one will answer the phone or call back. I do not know if I have an apt Friday or not. Very unprofessional & disappointing.

I loved going here. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and I was comfortable. The only issue is, I have left messages for 3 months asking for someone to call me. I have driven over there. Where is the office staff? If they are closed, why doesn't it say so on the phone recordings? It's hard to wait when you have OSA. Very disappointing.
