I have had to file 2 different complaints and each time the staff have been super helpful!
I sure hope the Attorney General opens an investigation into the arrest of Berkeley County Sheriff nominee John Orem concerning his recent arrest for heroin posession. Orem has no business being Sheriff.
I guess it's ok if someone takes your kids on the state of West Virginia. I'm at my wits end and nobody returns my calls. Can't get anybody to help me. Someone tell me please how can somebody take kids without parents permission. And not get charge with kid napping. I don't understand the state of West Virginia. Law enforcement sucks. I'm a grandmother and need someone to contact me please.
Thank you!! After weeks of being given a huge runaround, being told one thing n them doing the total opposite, less than 12 hours after filing a report through the AG office, I received a call with a satisfactory solution. . Still waiting on the follow thru of said solution but more progress was made in the last 2 hours than I have made in the last month :)
Called with a simple question concerning right of recision. Transferred three times until I finally reached voice mail. You mean to tell me that in the entire office of our AG there is only ONE Individual who can answer a simple question. Disgusted, time is clicking away if a three day right exists. Certainly could use a little Customer Service Training concerning transferring of phone calls also. Just remember, WE THE CITIZEN are the reason you have a job.
