We consistently get there 10 min before our appointment time and they keep us waiting for about an hour EVERY time. Dumped them because of their failure to manage time correctly. Their pediatric advice wasn’t that good either. They assigned formula plan that left our daughter very constipated.
WOULDNT GO HERE AT ALL REFUSE SERVICES
At first people there were really helpful, now they never answer their phones!! has been almost 3 months, still waiting for a referral to call me so I can setup a dr appointment. Till today nothing about referral and no call back from this office. Meanwhile my kid keeps complain about her chest.
If I could leave zero I would. 6 weeks I’ve waited for a call to be returned as my three year old needs vaccinations. 6 weeks of calls and emails ignored. Finally got a response and they tell me the wrong vaccinations so we show up, needs more than they told me and we wait over 45 minutes to be seen. No apologies nothing, disgusting service, absolutely useless. Left without vaccinations and changing Drs. Alongside this, dirty offices, rude staff, horrible horrible horrible.
