The entire experience with this office has been extremely unprofessional. On May 14, my daughter had an appointment that required a referral from her primary care physician. After contacting the specialist’s office, I was informed that they could not locate the referral in their system. I spent time at the end of May and beginning of June trying to obtain the necessary information, which significantly delayed my daughter’s ability to see the specialist. No follow up on referrals, found my own provider, the office neglected to send referral immediately so we could secure an appointment. This led to emergency surgery at CHOA, pure negligence by Dr. Winters-Smith and her staff. We have been bringing our son to West Vinings Pediatrics for over 8 years. Dr. Crystal White has been amazing!
We started coming late 2025 and couldn't be more happy with the practice. We love both Dr. White and Dr. Winters-Smith in addition to all the practitioners and staff. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Thank you all!
