Excellent job and service!
During the 4 months we had service, our pool was occasionally brushed. I never saw the filter cartridge cleaned. They left our pool running without a filter cartridge for three days. I’m not one to nitpick, but noticed some really short visits. Checked the security cameras for a three week span and found the pool hadn’t been brushed for those three visits. I brought it up with their office. We were told that the techs don’t carry metal poles when there is lightning in the area. I totally get that, but sent pictures from foot... read more
